Out of Stock Notice

We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled and any amount paid refunded for non-delivered items.

Taxes

All pricing on this website is inclusive of GST applicable to either Australia or New Zealand.

NZ Customer Information

In New Zealand any product supplied is done so via Rojo Distribution (NZ) Ltd the exclusive distributor of Capita products in New Zealand.   This company will be responsible for any inwards duties and taxes at import. These charges are included in the price. On courier documentation Rojo Distribution (NZ) Ltd will as the importer of record for your order and you listed as the contact person to ensure compliance with New Zealand Import and Tax laws

Payment

We accept credit card payment and Shopify payments. In addition we accept Visa and MasterCard. You will be charged for the order at the time of placement of the order.

Order Confirmation

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the event of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
