Shipping Information

We can only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Please ensure your delivery address is within these jurisdictions.  All orders are fulfilled from Geelong, Vic and we offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. Although we cannot guarantee shipping time estimated at purchase, we will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible. Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to delays by carriers, inclement weather, and holidays. Carriers may vary depending on shipping type and destination. For New Zealand shipments we will use couriers with traceable delivery options.

Order Processing

At all times we will try to meet the following criteria

Orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day.*

Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.*

Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped by Monday the following week.*

*Exceptions may apply, above times act a guideline for all processing times.

Delivery

Please make sure during checkout you are shipping your items to a secure location. Tracking is sent by email once your package is out for delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
